BOSTON, Mass. — Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick will deliver the keynote address, Massachusetts Health Care Reform Act: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow, at Fenway Health’s 8th annual Board of Visitors Meeting, 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23 in Fenway’s Ansin Building auditorium, 1340 Boylston Street, Boston.
The Massachusetts Health Care Reform Act, championed and signed into law by presidential candidate and former Mass. Governor Mitt Romney, paved the way for President Obama’s Affordable Care Act, one of the major issues of the current presidential race. Governor Patrick will share his perspective on how the Mass. law has transformed health care in the Bay State and what we can expect in the years ahead. Patrick is expected to speak at 5 p.m.
